【萧丫头】虾包蘸菠萝

Steps to make 【萧丫头】虾包蘸菠萝

  • 1.备好所有材料,韭菜洗净、大虾解冻去虾线;
  • 2.挑10至虾对半切,尾部留着备用,其他的大虾剁成虾泥;
  • 3.剁好的虾泥和肉糜,加入少许盐和料酒稍微腌制10分钟;
  • 4.将虾泥、肉糜、芝士片用勺子搅拌均匀;
  • 5.韭菜放入热开水中稍微烫下;
  • 6.馅料放在馄饨皮上放上虾尾包起来;
  • 7.用韭菜将口子扎起来;
  • 8.锅中下油烧至六七分热,下虾包炸熟,捞出放在吸油纸上吸油;
  • 9.菠萝去皮,切成小块;
  • 10.菠萝放入盐水中浸泡15分钟;
  • 11.泡好的菠萝放入搅拌杯中加入少许开水;
  • 12.放到搅拌机中搅拌成泥;
  • 13.搅拌好的菠萝泥加入少许冰糖,小火熬制;
  • 14.菠萝酱熬到浓稠即可,虾包蘸着菠萝酱吃。
