虾仁水蒸蛋

Steps to make 虾仁水蒸蛋

  • 1.原材料。我用的 是乌鸡蛋比较小,所以用了三个,相当于正常鸡蛋的两个吧。
  • 2.将虾仁用料酒、一点点生抽、淀粉搅拌均匀备用。
  • 3.找一大点容器将鸡蛋加水及少量盐打散,尽量多打一会打均匀,这时会出很多起泡。
  • 4.将蛋液放入一浅口盘子里,用汤匙把气泡撇除(也可以用筛子过一下)。
  • 5.盖上保鲜膜,在保鲜膜上用牙签扎几个小眼。凉水入锅,开锅后中火蒸7分钟。
  • 6.炒锅烧热加植物油,放入虾仁快速炒熟。
  • 7.将虾仁放在蒸好的水蒸蛋上,浇入少量海鲜酱油,淋入香油即可。
