钵钵鸡是一种四川特色名小吃,本是以陶器钵盛放配以麻辣为主的佐料,加上多种调料、选取各类菜用竹签穿制浸泡而成。而这些菜多选用去骨鸡肉、鸡肉内脏或一些杂碎。由于配料复杂多样,我这里选用的是一款钵钵鸡调料(友加钵钵鸡调料) ,添加自己喜欢的菜,荤素搭配均可。做法简单,皮脆肉嫩,麻辣鲜香...

    Steps to make 钵钵鸡

    • 1.准备自己喜欢的菜,土豆,藕、豆片全部切片备用。
    • 2.把所有切好的菜用竹签穿制(这里一不小心就要戳到手指,所以切片的时候尽量不要切太厚哦)。
    • 3.把菜分批次放进锅里煮熟,所有菜煮熟后盛出适量汤,为后面加调料做准备。
    • 4.刚盛出的汤倒入友加调料搅匀。
    • 5.再加入足够多的芝麻。
    • 6.把刚煮熟的菜全部拿出装进钵钵,倒入刚调好的料,浸泡5—10分钟,开吃前倒入藤椒油就可以了。
    • 7.现在就能边吃边追剧了,喜欢就赶紧动手做吧。
