Steps to make 煎酿香菇

  • 1.准备好食材,虾蓉提前准备好,香菇提前泡发好
  • 2.泡发好的香菇切成末和虾蓉放一起,加入生抽、老抽、盐、料酒、十三香沿着一个方向搅拌起筋,鲜香菇洗干净去柄
  • 3.鲜香菇菌盖抹上一层干淀粉,将香菇虾蓉酿入
  • 4.酿好的香菇放入不粘锅中煎至定型
  • 5.锅中放油,烧热后加入辣酱、番茄酱炒香后加入清水,老抽、料酒煮开
  • 6.放入煎好的香菇,将水烧开转中火焖煮
  • 7.收干汁后起锅
