Steps to make 玉米红枣卷

  • 1.饺子粉或普通面粉都可以。
  • 2.称取300g饺子粉或普通面粉、200g玉米面、30g白糖、6g酵母粉,混合均匀。
  • 3.两个洋鸡蛋打成蛋液。将蛋液倒入面粉中,拌匀。
  • 4.提前称取220g热水,放一边晾凉。将温开水分几次倒入面粉中,拌匀。
  • 5.再加入20g食用油(选择没什么味道的),拌匀。
  • 6.揉成面团。
  • 7.红枣去核,切小丁。
  • 8.加入红枣丁,揉成较光滑的面团(揉面10分钟)。
  • 9.盖上微湿的布,放在温暖的地方,发酵1小时。
  • 10.面团明显胀大。
  • 11.面团排气后,分成12个小剂子。
  • 12.将小剂子搓成长条。
  • 13.用手轻轻压扁,再用擀面杖擀薄。
  • 14.将薄面皮卷起,卷成筒状。
  • 15.侧面。

  • 17.蒸锅里加入冷水,铺上油纸,隔水蒸25分钟。
