Steps to make 熬呀熬呀熬猪油

  • 1.猪板油买回来洗干净切小块,锅里入水烧开
  • 2.生姜切片放进去,水烧开后转小火慢慢熬
  • 3.水分慢慢蒸发,开始出油了
  • 4.继续小火熬制。油越来越多
  • 5.熬到板油变成油炸,油全部吐干净,盛到碗里冷却,可以用纱网过滤下油炸。这样猪油凝固后更白净
  • 6.油渣也别浪费,撒点盐酥脆,特别好吃
  • 7.放冰箱冷冻保存,能用很久,马上中秋节了,做蛋黄酥或者苏式月饼,都用的到,平时做千层饼和葱油饼,起酥也好,还特别香,蒸馒头放点,馒头又虚又香。不过三高人群要少吃。
