糖醋鱼丸
其实一直比较喜欢吃鱼丸,但是一般都是用来煮汤或做火锅,不知道其他比较有新意的吃法。两种口味吃来吃去就腻了,卢丫头买回来鱼丸,发愁不知道怎么吃,想一想,用了比较拿手的糖醋做法做了糖醋鱼丸,事实证明味道还不错(呵呵,又有新的吃法了),还加了一个土豆和甜椒。

  • 鱼丸200g
  • 土豆1个
  • 甜椒1个
  • 3瓣
  • 蜂蜜3匙
  • 陈醋4匙

Steps to make 糖醋鱼丸

  • 1.大鱼丸改刀成大小适中的块(小丸子可以不切)。
  • 2.土豆滚刀成块,甜椒去籽切块。
  • 3.蜜醋调成汁备用。
  • 4.热锅烧油下土豆块煎炸至熟,沥油起锅,撒少许盐拌匀。
  • 5.锅中余油,下蒜瓣及花椒粒爆香,中火下鱼丸煸炒均匀后,加少量水至收干汁(中途需不时翻面)。将土豆、甜椒一起加入锅中,翻炒均匀后倒入糖醋汁,收干即可。
  • 6.盛盘上桌。
