Steps to make 莲藕排骨汤

  • 1.准备原料:排骨200克、莲藕250克、豌豆60克、枸杞10克。
  • 2.将排骨段放入沸水中氽烫,水重新沸腾后撇去血沫,反复撇几次直到没有血沫冒出,捞出排骨沥干。
  • 3.莲藕洗净去皮切片备用。
  • 4.将焯过水的排骨放入电压力锅、放入切好的莲藕、豌豆、枸杞子。
  • 5.加上热水,放入切好葱姜和适量料酒。
  • 6.盖好锅盖、选择定时到煲汤,等炖到时间打开后加入适量盐即可出锅。
