莲藕排骨汤
秋冬季是莲藕上市的季节,也是我们把藕做成美食的时节。藕片、藕丝、藕条... ...做法种种。

秋冬季适合喝点汤水来抵抗干燥的天气,今天就做个清汤的排骨莲藕汤,一道不放油的汤,要的就是它那种的清淡的香醇味道。

  • 鲜藕300克
  • 猪肋排300克
  • 生姜3克
  • 精盐少许
  • 小葱少许

Steps to make 莲藕排骨汤

  • 1.猪排骨斩成小段、藕削皮切滚刀块、生姜切大片。
  • 2.把斩成段的猪排下开水,煮沸撇去浮沫,捞出。
  • 3.砂锅内添足水(中途如需添水要加开水)、放入焯过水的猪排、姜片大火煮开后改小火炖。
  • 4.半小时后放入切好的藕,继续文火煮半小时。
  • 5.等藕熟烂后加精盐,稍炖入味。     最后洒入葱花或香菜段,喜欢胡椒粉的可酌情撒入胡椒粉。
