轻松制作简单又味美的辣椒酱
刚来北京那会喜欢吃辣的,辣椒上市会就会弄点辣椒做点酱,做好后密封好保存一年都没问题。这个辣椒酱不论是直接吃还是做凉菜或放在炒菜里都很好吃,有了孩子后,慢慢基本上不再吃辣椒,家里也很少买辣椒,前几天爷爷帮着买菜,买回不少红椒,看到那么多担心短时间吃不完会放坏,就想起好久没做辣椒酱,趁机做点也不错。

Steps to make 轻松制作简单又味美的辣椒酱

  • 1.蒜去掉外层表皮,用清水洗干净后沥干水份
  • 2.红辣椒去掉里面的籽,洗干净后沥干水份
  • 3.红辣椒切成细小丁、蒜也剁成细末,装碗中
  • 4.往碗中加入准备好的盐,然后用干净筷子拌均匀
  • 5.装辣椒酱的玻璃瓶提前用开水清洗过后,沥干水份,用勺子将拌好盐的辣椒酱装杯子中,盖上盖子密封好,想吃的时候用干净筷子或勺子弄点出来即可
