  • 5.将葱蒜红椒切末,香菇切丁,盛2小勺豆豉备用。
  • 6.锅中放入适量油烧热,放入葱蒜末爆香,放入豆豉,香菇丁炒香备用。
  • 7.将炒好的豆豉,平铺在腌好的鱼上。
  • 8.大火转中火蒸10分钟。
  • 9.放入红椒末摆盘即食。
