  • 1.准备材料~~~~~。
  • 2.大葱白切段,葱尾切葱花,海参改刀小块。
  • 3.先放蒜子入锅煸成金黄色,接着煸香葱白。
  • 4.放海参下锅炒一下。
  • 5.再放口蘑和适量的水。
  • 6.放生粉一茶匙跟蚝油一汤匙,小许水调一个酱汁。
  • 7.大火煮十分钟。
  • 8.觉得海参变软了,就放酱汁下去调味。
  • 9.等烧开之后就放葱花就可以关火。
  • 10.完成了~~~~~。
