  • 幼砂糖35克

Steps to make 杏仁香草酥饼

  • 1.黄油充分软化,放糖粉和幼砂糖进去。
  • 2.用蛋抽充分打发黄油呈羽毛状。
  • 3.少量多次的加入蛋液,每次加完用蛋抽充分搅拌均匀。
  • 4.滴几滴香草精。
  • 5.倒入杏仁粉拌匀。
  • 6.倒入过筛后的低粉,充分拌匀。
  • 7.面粉整形后,放进冷藏箱里2个小时定型。
  • 8.定型后的面团,用切成一样薄厚的片状。
  • 9.将切好的饼干整齐的放在烤盘上,表面撒上砂糖。
  • 10.送进提前预热好175度的烤箱,中层,上下火烤大约15分钟。
