蓝莓奶香小曲奇
本来嘛,我不太喜欢吃饼干的,自从最近入手烤箱以来,就觉得这也好吃那也好吃,想自己变花式做出每一样美食。昨晚做了这个小曲奇,第一次没经验挤得有点难看,不过味道却是超级棒,老妈吃了2/3的量哈!!!她说今天起床会不会上火了呢!哇哈哈

  • 低筋面粉190G
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 白砂糖30G
  • 糖粉60G
  • 泡打粉1G
  • 香草粉1/4小勺

Steps to make 蓝莓奶香小曲奇

  • 1.准备好所有原料,用厨房秤将所需份量秤好备用
  • 2.黄油室温软化,用电动打蛋器打至顺滑
  • 3.加入细砂糖打顺滑再加入糖粉继续打至顺滑
  • 4.全蛋液分三次加入黄油中打至顺滑无颗粒
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉,香草粉,泡打粉
  • 6.用橡皮刮刀将面粉与黄油充分r拌匀
  • 7.用裱花袋装好曲奇糊在油纸上挤出曲奇形状
  • 8.将蓝莓酱挤在每一个曲奇中间,烤箱预热十分钟,190度入箱烤10分钟左右即可。
