土豆芝士虾球
土豆泥包裹芝士、虾肉,做出来的芝士虾球超级好吃,但个人觉得炸的油较多,我也没有及时用厨房纸吸油,建议用空气炸锅或烤箱比较合适,少油,外形保持更美观。

  • 孜然粉少许
  • 食盐少许
  • 酱油少许
  • 蚝油少许

Steps to make 土豆芝士虾球

  • 1.准备的食材(面包糠忘记拍出来)。
  • 2.土豆去皮,切片。
  • 3.上锅蒸熟。
  • 4.虾去壳,去虾线,开背。
  • 5.加入少许孜然粉、食盐、酱油、蚝油调味备用。
  • 6.土豆蒸熟后加入适量盐,孜然粉、蚝油、酱油调味,压成泥状。
  • 7.所有材料准备齐全。
  • 8.土豆泥包适量芝士、虾肉。
  • 9.裹成球,过一层鸡蛋液。
  • 10.裹一层面包糠,做好放置,全部做好在炸。
  • 11.油冒泡后放入虾球,小火慢炸。
  • 12.炸制金黄色(大约6-8分钟)。
  • 13.成品。(忘记用油纸吸多余油脂)
