Steps to make 伍仁馅月饼

  • 1.饼皮所有的材料放入一个大碗中。
  • 2.搅拌均匀,揉成光滑的面团,放入冰箱冷藏松弛一个小时。
  • 3.伍仁馅分成70克一个的小剂子。
  • 4.时间结束后,饼皮分成30克一个均匀的小剂子。
  • 5.取出一个饼皮面团,按压成薄圆面片。
  • 6.包入一个伍仁馅。
  • 7.分别滚圆。
  • 8.放入模具中,压出花型,依次摆入烤盘中,先喷水,放入预热好的烤箱中,中层,200度先烤5分钟定型后,取出刷薄蛋液,再放入烤箱中,160度,烤15分钟即可出炉。
