糯香排骨

  • 排骨500g
  • 糯米250g
  • 红薯1个
  • 花椒5g
  • 胡椒粉1g
  • 味达美臻品耗油1勺
  • 味达美臻品特级生抽2勺
  • 六月鲜红烧酱油1勺
  • 味达美臻品料酒2勺
  • 1小勺
  • 生姜4片
  • 大蒜3粒
  • 小葱2根
  • 小米辣3个
  • 淀粉1勺

Steps to make 糯香排骨

  • 1.准备食材。大蒜和生姜切片,辣椒和小葱切段。
  • 2.糯米清洗干净,浸泡4小时以上。排骨清洗干净,用清水浸泡30分钟,泡去血水。
  • 3.准备料汁:味达美臻品特级生抽2勺。
  • 4.味达美臻品耗油1勺。
  • 5.六月鲜红烧酱油1勺。
  • 6.味达美臻品料酒2勺,再加入淀粉,盐,一起搅拌均匀。
  • 7.排骨泡好水后,沥干水份。加入料汁,再加入切好的大蒜,辣椒,生姜,葱段,花椒,以及胡椒粉。
  • 8.戴一次性手套,用手多抓一会。然后腌制2小时以上,更加入味。
  • 9.蒸笼里面放一片荷叶垫底。红薯切厚片,平铺在蒸笼里面。
  • 10.泡好的糯米沥干水份。排骨腌制好,把腌制的汁倒入糯米中,加1小勺六月鲜红烧酱油,搅拌均匀。把排骨放入糯米中(配料不要了)。
  • 11.排骨均匀的裹上糯米,用手抓紧一些。摆入蒸笼里面。
  • 12.每一块排骨裹好平铺,剩余的糯米可以铺到表面(糯米里多余的汁不要了,那样太湿)。
  • 13.用荷叶包裹起来,上锅蒸90分钟。
  • 14.蒸好后,掀开荷叶,表面撒些葱花,辣椒装饰,即可享受美味。
