每年的2月3日—5日这几天是立春的节气,立春表示大地回暖,春耕开始的意思,在这一天我们好多地方都有吃春饼,春卷的习俗,今天我就做一款柔软如纸的春饼而且不用揉面卷上菜吃嘎嘎的香

  • 1.食材备好,胡萝卜春饼需要胡萝卜所以要准备一些
  • 2.胡萝卜榨汁备用
  • 3.面粉加入萝卜汁搅成稀稀的面浆静止10分钟
  • 4.不粘锅冷锅里倒入适量的洗面湖铺满整个锅底,感觉面糊到多了就把多余的面糊倒出来些
  • 5.开火加热,看见饼表面凝固底部鼓起气泡就立刻关火用余温把饼烙熟
  • 6.烙熟的在锅里就是这样的非常的透明
  • 7.用手从一头轻轻的把饼接起一张春饼就做好了,照次烙完所有的面糊
  • 8.又软又薄,
  • 9.全部烙好卷上菜开吃
