Steps to make 西红柿牛尾汤

  • 1.牛尾骨冲洗后凉水下锅
  • 2.烧开,焯出牛尾里的血沫
  • 3.牛尾骨再次以温水洗净
  • 4.放入砂锅里,加姜片、葱段、八角,中火烧开后转最小火煲2—3小时
  • 5.我大概煲了2.5小时,此时汤浓、牛尾骨软烂
  • 6.这次的西红柿稍小,我加了4个,西红柿去皮洗净
  • 7.西红柿切块
  • 8.西红柿下到牛尾汤里,同时加盐调味,中火烧开后再次转最小火慢煲
  • 9.至西红柿软烂即可,我又煲了半小时左右
  • 10.碗里放香菜末
  • 11.倒入西红柿牛尾汤,好喝的不得了。
