    Steps to make 春饼

    • 1.把面粉放到盆里。
    • 2.先用开水烫面,再加入适量的凉水把面团和成软硬适中的面团,稍微静置一会,俗称醒面。
    • 3.把面团揪成小剂子。
    • 4.按扁,用擀面杖擀成很薄的饼皮。
    • 5.平底锅洗净烧热,改小火放入做好的饼皮。
    • 6.看到鼓泡泡了。
    • 7.翻个面稍微一烙即可出锅。
    • 8.这样很快就做好很多,记住一定要小火。
    • 9.看春饼很柔软的吧。
    • 10.喜欢吃啥菜都可以卷入饼中,可自由发挥。
