台湾起司马铃薯
起司马铃薯是台湾逢甲夜市上一道著名的小吃,将炸好的土豆对半剖开再挖松,然后放上新鲜配料,最后淋上香香浓浓的起司酱汁,那黄澄澄的味觉享受,早已令人垂涎三尺;而数十种配料如:虾仁、杏鲍菇、章鱼、熏鸡肉…等食材,更将烤马铃薯的口感层次发挥得淋漓尽致。

  • 马铃薯2个
  • 浓缩车打芝士酱100g(RICOS)
  • 牛奶下50g
  • 西兰花50g(下盐水焯熟备用)
  • 培根30g (油煎熟备用)
  • 火腿30g(油煎熟备用)

Steps to make 台湾起司马铃薯

  • 1.马铃薯去皮洗净。
  • 2.煮熟(20分钟)后捣成土豆泥。然后加入适量食盐和白胡椒粉。
  • 3.在烤碗中加入Ricos芝士酱和牛奶,200度加入5分钟,取出加入盐调味即可。
  • 4.土豆泥团成马铃薯大小,沾裹面包粉,放入180度油锅油炸,炸制金黄色即可出锅。
  • 5.起锅后将马铃薯切开并且扒松,再将备好的食材夹在马铃薯中间,淋上芝士酱,撒上一些黑胡椒碎即可。
