Steps to make 鱼头浓汤火锅

  • 1.鱼头清洗干净,挂起来控水
  • 2.辅料准备好,白萝卜切片、青蒜、红椒和姜,切丝
  • 3.油锅内放入适量的盐(适当的多一点,做汤会稀释),用铲子搅拌融化
  • 4.油锅内放入鱼头,这时反着放鱼头,可以更好地成形
  • 5.鱼头煎5分钟左右后翻个,并把姜丝放进去过油~注意慢一点保持鱼头的型啊~
  • 6.煎3、4分钟后加入冷水和白萝卜,大伙烧开后,小火慢炖8、9分钟
  • 7.将鱼头带汤一起倒入汤锅内,加入白菇,插上电炖,抵挡2分钟就好~
  • 8.最后散入青葱和红椒丝,让鱼汤滚2分钟就好啦~
