  • 白砂糖30克
  • 低粉10克

  • 1.现成的蛋挞皮冰箱里取出解冻20分钟左右
  • 2.淡奶油、牛奶、糖混合,上锅加热至糖融化,放置冷却
  • 3.过筛低粉
  • 4.液体冷却后加入低粉
  • 5.加入两个蛋黄
  • 6.搅拌均匀
  • 7.蛋挞水就做好了,过筛备用
  • 8.蛋挞皮里加少许葡萄干,也可以是水果等
  • 9.蛋挞皮里倒入蛋挞水七八分满
  • 10.200度预热烤箱,中下层,200度烤20分钟
  • 11.再放至上层烤5分钟上焦色
  • 12.美味的蛋挞就做好啦!完全不输那些洋快餐噢!
