Steps to make 五指毛桃煲鸡

  • 1.所需食材。
  • 2.把红枣和五指毛桃浸泡十分钟,再洗净表面的杂质。
  • 3.把鸡剁块,焯水后再冲冼干净。
  • 4.把所有食材放锅里,加进姜片。
  • 5.加进7碗水开始用中火煲。煲开后继续煲十分钟左右转小火继续煲一个半小时。
  • 6.最后加少量盐便可(如油多可先把表面油撇掉)。
