Steps to make 糖醋排骨

  • 1.将排骨冲洗干净。
  • 2.将排骨倒入开水锅中,加入姜片,料酒煮几分钟。
  • 3.捞出清洗干净,控干水分。
  • 4.锅内倒入油,加入冰糖炒化至汤汁变色发黄,倒入排骨翻炒。
  • 5.配调料汁,按1斤排骨1勺料酒,2勺生抽,3勺醋,4勺冰糖的比例来。
  • 6.倒入料汁,不停翻炒。
  • 7.加入适量水。要淹没过排骨再多一点。
  • 8.加入八角,陈皮。
  • 9.盖锅焖30分钟之后,加1勺老抽大火收汁。
  • 10.糖醋排骨,酸酸甜甜还带着果香味~
  • 11.颜色好棒,味道好吃的停不下来!
