    • 1.选用活的基围虾。
    • 2.把基围虾洗净,用剪刀把虾须剪去。
    • 3.用牙签挑去虾线。
    • 4.准备好葱姜 花椒。
    • 5.锅中注入清水放入花椒 葱段 姜片。
    • 6.大火烧开,加入高度白酒。
    • 7.倒入处理好的基围虾。
    • 8.把虾放入煮1~2分钟,这时虾的颜色已变红。
    • 9.立即将虾捞入冷水里。
    • 10.沥干水分。
    • 11.把姜切碎放入小碗中。
    • 12.加入六月鲜酱油 香油 香醋调成汁即可。
    • 13.将虾剥壳粘调料汁食用。
