地菜胡萝卜豆渣丸子
小时候只有过年的时候,妈妈才给炸丸子吃,而且还是素丸子,虽然是素丸子,但是吃到嘴里是特别的香,一般都是用萝卜,豆腐来炸丸子,食材简单又便宜。打豆浆剩下的豆渣,买了两根胡萝卜,放了些地菜,炸出来的丸子,真是香极了!

  • 五香粉少许
  • 鸡精少许
  • 胡椒粉少许

  • 1.准备好原料
  • 2.胡萝卜洗净,去皮搽成丝;
  • 3.地菜洗净,控干水分切碎;
  • 4.大碗中放入地菜末,胡萝卜丝,豆渣;
  • 5.放入面粉,生粉,大葱碎,胡椒粉,五香粉,盐,鸡精,适量玉米油;
  • 6.搅匀成稠一些的面糊;
  • 7.炒锅烧热放油,左手取一勺面糊,团成丸子;
  • 8.放入六七成热的油温中炸,依次放入丸子;
  • 9..炸至浅黄色时捞出,锅中油再次烧热,倒入炸好的丸子再炸一遍至表面金黄,內馅熟透;
  • 10.捞出控油,外酥里嫩的豆渣丸子就做好了.
