    Steps to make 酱牛肉

    • 1.牛肉650克。
    • 2.丁香.白芷各10克.冰糖7粒.干辣椒5个.花椒10克.八角2个.香叶5片。
    • 3.姜5片.蒜5头.葱2根。
    • 4.牛肉洗净用餐叉在牛肉上扎小孔以便腌制时好入味。
    • 5.牛肉放入容器里.放入切好的姜蒜片.葱段.加适量的盐.老抽.料酒.鸡粉。
    • 6.抓匀后腌制二小时以上。
    • 7.锅里放少量的油.小火放入冰糖炒化后加入适量的水.放入腌好的牛肉.连腌汁一 起到入。
    • 8.大火煮开.撇清浮沫.然后再把所有准备的香料倒入锅内.中小火煮至牛肉用筷子能顺利扎透就可关火。
    • 9.煮好的牛肉继续留在锅内自然晾凉。
    • 10.切片码入碟放上香菜即可上桌。
