  • 甜味沙拉酱少许
  • 清水120克

  • 披萨草少许
  • 奥尔良腌料少许

Steps to make 小披萨

  • 1.将水,鸡蛋,盐,干酵母,黄油,细砂糖和面粉投入面包机中,启动一个和面程序。
  • 2.一个和面程序结束后再启动一个和面程序,此时已经达到扩展阶段,进行基础发酵。
  • 3.发酵至原来的2倍大,取出排气,分割成9等分,揉圆盖上保鲜膜松弛15分钟。
  • 4.取一面团,擀成圆片,再整理成浅盘状。
  • 5.刷少许番茄酱,剂少许沙拉酱,撒上少许披萨草。
  • 6.铺上事先切好的培根,再撒上少许奥尔良腌料。
  • 7.再铺上马苏里拉。
  • 8.同样方法做好其他的面团。
  • 9.送入事先预热好的烤箱中层,上下火180度,25分钟。
  • 10.出炉趁热食用,实在太好吃了。
