酸辣开胃的凉拌菠菜

这道凉拌菠菜就很适合现在食用,与胡萝卜丝同拌颜色漂亮,营养丰富,口感清脆,适合大多数人群。脾胃虚弱的人可将胡萝卜丝焯烫后再拌。

Steps to make 酸辣开胃的凉拌菠菜

  • 1.菠菜择洗干净,胡萝卜刮皮清洗干净。
  • 2.菠菜入开水锅,焯烫变色即捞出;叶子比杆熟得快,可先将菠菜杆入水烫10秒,再将叶子入锅。
  • 3.捞出后凉水浸泡,可保持颜色碧绿。
  • 4.胡萝卜切细细的丝,大蒜剁碎。
  • 5.加适量生抽、醋,能吃辣的就加辣椒油,吃不了辣的放点芝麻香油;盐不要再额外加了,生抽有一定的咸味,还能被叶子包裹更入味。
  • 6.拌匀,腌制10分钟;胡萝卜丝是生的,经过腌制后会变软却还保持清脆的口感。
  • 7.菠菜攥掉多余的水,切小段。
  • 8.和胡萝卜丝、料汁充分拌匀即可食用。
  • 9.凉拌菠菜,酸辣开胃,少油少盐,老少都喜欢!
