Steps to make Mantou with dates and corn
- 1. Take corn flour.
- 2. Boil water in a pot.
- 3. Add corn flour.
- 4. Stir well.
- 5. Add milk.
- 6. Stir well and let it simmer until warm.
- 7. Mix the cow's milk and yeast evenly.
- 8. Add flour, knead into a dough, and let it ferment on one side.
- 9. Wash red dates thoroughly.
