Steps to make 泰式柠檬酸辣虾

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.煮一锅水,水开后,放入虾,虾变色马上捞出,不要煮太久
  • 3.去虾壳,虾线,把虾头洗干净留着备用(也可以不去虾壳,我家那位嫌吃的时候还得吐壳麻烦,所以我提前去了,虾头只是用来提汤味,一定要洗干净,因为里面很脏的)
  • 4.锅里放油炒香姜蒜辣椒
  • 5.倒入虾壳和虾肉翻炒
  • 6.倒入水,放盐,放柠檬(柠檬去籽,用手把柠檬旋转一下汁就出来了)最后放香菜既可出锅
  • 7.真的很简单,味道真的很好,酸辣中带有一丝清淡,入口酸酸的,辣辣的,柠檬特有的香味饶舌三日,挥之不绝!32赞!
