  • 九三花生油50克
  • 面粉50克(油酥用)
  • 生菜2棵
  • 酱汁5勺(稀释过的)
  • 鸡蛋2个

Steps to make 鸡蛋灌饼

  • 1.面粉备好!
  • 2.面粉里面倒入热水!先用筷子搅拌成絮!
  • 3.揉成烫面团之后放置一边醒半个小时!
  • 4.用到九三的花生油做油酥!
  • 5.油和面的比例:1:1,调成油酥!
  • 6.将醒好的面团分成大小差不多的圆剂子!
  • 7.擀成厚饼状,放到手心里!
  • 8.放入做好的油酥!
  • 9.捏起来收好口,然后放到一边醒十分钟左右!
  • 10.擀成饼!不要太薄,也不能太厚,大约五六毫米就行!
  • 11.平底锅抹油,放入饼,大约烙一分钟左右,就翻面!
  • 12.翻过来之后,自然而然就会鼓起一个大泡,然后用筷子弄出一个小口!
  • 13.倒入鸡蛋液(事先打散),烙一会儿之后翻个面,烙好了盛出即可!
  • 14.然后抹上稀释后的酱,放入生菜就可以了!
