Steps to make 异域风情的松脆--佛罗伦萨瓦片酥

  • 1.将淡奶油、蜂蜜、细砂糖、黄油倒入到石锅中
  • 2.将石锅用小火加热并不断搅拌,使黄油与糖融化,一直加热到沸腾后,继续用小火煮到混合物温度达到115度
  • 3.离火后,立刻将面粉、杏仁片、椰蓉倒入到糖浆里
  • 4.用耐高温硅胶刮刀将杏仁片与糖浆充分混合搅拌均匀
  • 5.用小勺挖出小块面糊铺平在金色不沾盘上然后用勺子背面将面糊推平,每个面糊的间距要大于5cm
  • 6.将烤箱预调制190度预热5分钟,烤9分钟,直到面糊完全摊开,变成金黄色即可出炉,出炉后用圆形模具将瓦片切成标准的圆形,冷却后即可食用。
