香蕉面包
家里还有两根香蕉,再不吃就坏了已经长满了斑斑点点,这样的香蕉已经不怎么好吃了丢了又可惜,但是这样的香蕉做香蕉面包最后吃了,也让嘴馋的女儿们解解馋。下午茶陪这个很好吃的哦!

  • 香蕉两根
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 面粉1 1/2cup
  • 香草精1茶匙
  • 小苏打1茶匙
  • 黄油1/3cup
  • 白砂糖1cup
  • 一点点

Steps to make 香蕉面包

  • 1.准备好所有需要的原料,烤箱预热350度华氏度,这个摄氏度时多少大家百度一下
  • 2.先量一cup半的面粉放入筛子里,过筛,这样烤出来的面包才不会死死的(我用的都是国外的量法,这样简单些不用想多少多少克怎么量,直接用量勺量杯就行了)
  • 3.黄油用小火融化
  • 4.把香蕉去皮放入碗中用叉子压碎
  • 5.我不喜欢吃的太甜吧量减半了
  • 6.量好香草精
  • 7.小苏打
  • 8.把鸡蛋打匀
  • 9.把上面准备好的材料全部放入料理盆内,和匀,注意不能使劲的和,切着和才不会把面和死
  • 10.把和好的面糊倒入磨具中,倒入前记得摸上一层油,考好后便于脱模,然后放入烤箱下层烤50到70分钟,50分钟的时候开始查看,面包表面是否已经变得焦黄,可以用牙签戳到中间,出来时干净的酒烤好啦!
  • 11.我还美元来的及照照片就被宝贝女儿扣去一坨,她等不了啦,哈哈哈
