早餐热狗面包
最近做面包一直手揉,因为有了个好的揉面垫,而且面包机也放着高点,搬下来也没那么方便,我就迫使自己揉面,天天上班坐着,下班回到家里饭一吃又是躺着,真的很有必要多动动了,揉面得站着,手臂得使劲,这个运动还是不错的。
软软的面包成功后吃法就很随意了,做成热狗里面包着多多的料吃着多满足呀,有脆脆的生菜、煎的焦香的脆皮肠、煮好的鸡蛋; 因为没有沙拉酱和蕃茄酱了,我抹了一点酸黄瓜汉堡酱,也是非常的美味哟!

  • 面包粉300G
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 脆皮肠4根
  • 牛奶120ML
  • 黄油30G
  • 酵母4G
  • 2G
  • 白糖30G

Steps to make 早餐热狗面包

  • 1.准备好所需要的材料
  • 2.把面包粉、1个鸡蛋、糖、盐、酵母、牛奶用后油法混合揉至光滑
  • 3.面团光滑出开始出筋后加入软化的黄油
  • 4.继续揉至扩展性阶段
  • 5.室温发酵至两倍大
  • 6.排气后分小份,滚圆再松弛10分钟
  • 7.取1面团个擀扁
  • 8.再卷起来成型
  • 9.全部做好排入烤盘,二次醒发至两倍大,刷上鸡蛋液,撒白芝麻
  • 10.入180度的烤箱18分钟左右出炉
  • 11.鸡蛋煮好切片、脆皮肠煎熟,准备生菜和黄瓜酱备用
  • 12.把放凉的面包中间切开(底部不要切断),中间抹上黄瓜酱、放生菜、脆皮肠和鸡蛋即可
