自制红油泡萝卜
一直超喜欢吃四川泡菜,不仅是因为它们色泽诱人,更重要的是因为它们吃起来酸辣脆爽,特别过瘾!
前几天,自己动手把没吃完的半个大白萝卜制成了泡菜,今天早餐时拿出来一尝,果然不如外面卖的那么入味,事实证明,辣椒还是放少了。可是老公却直呼好吃,可能我也是一个无辣不欢的人吧!

  • 干红辣椒几粒
  • 花椒十几粒
  • 八角数个
  • 生姜几片
  • 六勺
  • 白糖四勺

Steps to make 自制红油泡萝卜

  • 1.白萝卜洗净,切成约0.8*0.8公分的长条。
  • 2.胡萝卜一根,洗净,同样切成条。
  • 3.两种萝卜放一个碗里,加三勺盐,搅拌均匀。腌半到一个小时。
  • 4.直腌至碗里出现很多水。
  • 5.汤锅放一大碗水,加花椒。
  • 6.加入干辣椒。
  • 7.放入八角。
  • 8.加三勺盐。
  • 9.生姜切片,放入。中火熬煮半小时。
  • 10.熬好的汁里加入四勺白糖。
  • 11.加入白醋,醋量稍多。
  • 12.把腌好的萝卜条倒掉水份,放入有盖的保鲜盒里,等汁子放凉后,浇入其中。
  • 13.加盖,放冰箱冷藏室,大概三到四天就可以了。这是我腌好的萝卜条。
  • 14.吃的时候装盘,淋上红油,简易版红油萝卜条就做好了。
