Steps to make 原汁原味——烤牡蛎

  • 1.带壳的牡蛎适量。
  • 2.用小毛刷清洗掉牡蛎外表的污泥。
  • 3.清洗好的牡蛎控干水分。
  • 4.把牡蛎放到烤盘中,烤盘的底部放上两片姜片。
  • 5.烤箱250℃预热5分钟,烤15分钟左右,知道所有的牡蛎壳开口即可。
  • 6.烤好的牡蛎稍微晾一会即可食用。
