在这愚人节碰上清明节踏青的日子里,我带着病体急急忙忙给大家奉上自己前几天已编写好的便当菜谱,希望能给大家带来欢乐,也给出行需要做便当的亲们出出力,在这个菜谱里果子将悄悄地告诉你如何做便当的小技巧,别错过呀!

  • 1.藕切片后用开水焯一下,喜欢藕好看的还可以用弧形刀切成藕花再焯水,然后放进紫甘蓝加少许盐和白醋的色素汁里泡一泡上色即可,藕酸酸脆脆的又好看又好吃
  • 2.虾用加油、葱花、姜片的开水煮一下捞出加点盐腌制一会儿,再剥去壳儿备用,虾可以选任何虾
  • 3.提前准备好自己喜欢吃的炒菜,我比较爱吃苦瓜,就做了苦瓜炒豆皮,不喜欢的人可以换成其他的菜即可
  • 4.再来一份爆炒鱿鱼包菜,这道菜很简单,先把鱿鱼打渔网花刀,热锅温油把辣椒、花椒生姜葱花爆一下再捞出来,调大火把鱿鱼爆炒一下卷成花,然后放进包菜翻炒十几秒,加盐、鸡精,白醋调味翻匀即可出盘
  • 5.电饼铛预热,擦一点油,放上蒸蛋器打入鸡蛋,煎至底部八九分熟,太阳蛋就做好了,然后用海苔煎好可爱的表情贴上,不过我还是要强调为了健康防止生鸡蛋里的细菌,建议还是把鸡蛋煮全熟吃起来更安全,虽然颜值会大打折扣
  • 6.老豆腐切块,在预热的电饼铛上擦好油煎一会儿,煎至两面金黄,洒上辣椒面、韭菜或葱花、椒盐,再用锅里的热油浇一下即可食用,喜欢加面酱的也可以涂点面酱,这可是超好吃的哦
  • 7.剩下的两个鸡蛋,在电饼铛上摊上一块鸡蛋饼皮,如果想颜色非常好看的话,可以只用蛋黄加一小撮面粉和水调成蛋黄糊煎成嫩嫩的蛋皮,蛋皮不要煎的太老
  • 8.米饭用保鲜膜包好做成一个娃娃的头部和身体
  • 9.用海苔剪好表情,贴在米饭上
  • 10.用蛋皮把娃娃包好
  • 11.什么都准备好了,练练我们摆盘的功夫就来了,最后就是用这些可以吃的食物在小小的饭盒里摆一摆了,自己觉得怎么摆好看就怎么摆吧,一般来说,上色和形状特别好看的食物要放在最后摆,而且要摆在上面起到装饰作用,特别是水果一定要摆在上面,不要碰到菜哟,当然一些家常菜往往却是先铺在最下面,不吃不知道,好看的便当下面藏有好多好吃的菜哟
