橙香杯子蛋糕

  • 细砂糖85克
  • 橙子泥170克
  • 鸡蛋80克
  • 泡打粉4克
  • 新鲜蓝莓60克

Steps to make 橙香杯子蛋糕

  • 1.整个橙子放入水里煮25-30分钟。煮至熟透,筷子可以轻松插入!煮熟以后橙子可以很好的去掉橙子皮里的苦涩味道!大的橙子一个就够了,个头小的估计要2个才够做170克橙子泥。
  • 2.煮熟的橙子冷却后连同皮一起放料理机里面打成泥!
  • 3.黄油室温软化后加入细砂糖搅打至蓬松细腻状态!
  • 4.分3次加入鸡蛋液搅打,打发后的黄油比之前更蓬松!
  • 5.加入橙子泥后用橡皮刮刀搅拌均匀。
  • 6.加入面粉和泡打粉橡皮刮刀轻轻搅拌均匀即可,注意不要搅拌至面粉起筋。
  • 7.蓝莓清洗赶紧沥干水分后加入面糊里。
  • 8.将面糊装入杯子里,装7分满即可。放入烤箱中层200度15分钟左右。各家烤箱功率大小不一,时间和温度仅供参考。
