Steps to make 金汤虾仁豆腐

  • 1.咸蛋黄(实际用两个)放在锅内蒸熟。
  • 2.鲜虾仁八只剖开背部。
  • 3.虾仁用一勺料酒、少许白胡椒粉、盐、糖、姜丝腌制10分钟。
  • 4.香葱、姜丝、红辣椒适量。蒸好的咸蛋黄用勺子压碎。内脂豆腐切小块。适量的香葱叶。
  • 5.炒锅放少许油,放虾仁煸炒变色后盛出。
  • 6.炒锅加油,爆香姜丝、香葱段,下咸蛋黄。
  • 7.咸蛋黄炒至冒泡。
  • 8.加入内酯豆腐。
  • 9.加1小碗水,调入适量的白胡椒粉。
  • 10.盐。
  • 11.煮开后加入虾仁。
  • 12.盖盖炖煮1、2分钟,勾入水淀粉,煮至淀粉糊化。
  • 13.鲜香味美的金汤虾仁豆腐出锅啦!
