    Steps to make 酱骨头

    • 1.主辅料:猪骨头、大料、桂皮、陈皮、香叶、葱姜。
    • 2.猪骨头洗净,冷水入锅,放入一半陈皮,中火烧开后煮2分钟。
    • 3.捞出冲洗干净。
    • 4.起锅热油、放入大料、桂皮,用小火将其煸炒出香味。
    • 5.再放入葱姜、香叶、陈皮煸炒均匀。
    • 6.放入洗净的猪骨头,烹入料酒。
    • 7.加入酱油。
    • 8.翻炒至均匀上色。
    • 9.加入清水烧开,撇净浮沫。
    • 10.用小火煮1小时左右,到8分熟时,加盐、白糖调味。
    • 11.酱制到骨头熟透,加少许味精提鲜(也可不加),旺火收汁。
    • 12.出锅装盘。
