Steps to make 蓑衣黄瓜

  • 1.黄瓜洗净用筷子夹住放在菜板上切薄片,因为有筷子夹着,所以不会切断,再反面同样的刀法也切薄片。
  • 2.切好后小心码在盆中,切勿折断,盐腌制20分钟杀汤。
  • 3.去掉杀出来的水分,加糖、干红辣椒,烧热花椒油淋在上面。
  • 4.锅中重新烧一些花椒油、烹入醋、酱油、烧开后凉透。
  • 5.将凉了的酱油醋汁倒入黄瓜盆内,盖上保鲜膜放在冰箱内冷藏3-4个小时就可以食用了。
  • 6.晚饭拿一小保鲜盒单独盛出,以免污染。因为夏天食物很快变质,所以不要污染并尽快食用。
