    Steps to make 【鲁菜】:糖醋里脊

    • 1.将洗好的里脊肉用刀切成长宽相等的里脊条。
    • 2.里脊放入碗中加入鸡蛋清液、水淀粉、料酒各适量抓匀。
    • 3.碗中加全蛋液、面粉、少许水调成薄糊,静止放置5分钟待用。
    • 4.碗中放料酒、糖、醋、盐、葱姜末、水淀粉、少许汤兑成味汁。
    • 5.将里脊条放入面糊中挂糊。
    • 6.锅置火上倒入油,烧至八成热,逐个投入里脊条。
    • 7.炸至金黄色捞出,沥油待用。
    • 8.锅留底油烧热,倒入番茄酱煸炒出红油。
    • 9.烹入糖醋味汁,倒入里脊条翻炒均匀。
    • 10.待汤汁浓稠时,离火淋入香油即可。
