做美食,拍照是件习惯的事;丢失图片是件伤感的事;而分享是件快乐的事。黄金披萨做过一次,也拍了照的,可惜没有及时上传就无法恢复了。(忘不了啊,那个收藏了两年菜谱的U盘!)这个披萨是为一个一起做志愿者时认识的女孩做的。开始没想到要拍照的,但看看昨夜发的面比较成功,又手痒痒了。遂前面的揉面步骤省了。披萨做成后,联系了她,中午她由同事开车带她来取,我找了一个大小适合的盒子,装了送出。结果,反响很好,他们等我离开在车里就开吃了,还微信给我传来很多照片和赞美。我比自己吃 了披萨还开心~

  • 马苏里拉奶酪200g
  • 南瓜60g
  • 小口菇4个
  • 白洋葱1/4个
  • 腊肠1根
  • 蚝油半勺
  • 面粉150g
  • 酵母3g
  • 土豆半个
  • 番茄酱1勺
  • 蜂蜜少许

Steps to make 方形黄金披萨

  • 1.面粉中撒入干酵母后,加入蒸熟后稍凉的老南瓜拌匀,揉成面团,盖上保鲜膜静静饧发一夜。
  • 2.第二天早上,饧发好的面团再揉,排气,再二次饧发。

  • 4.将其他配料都进行焯水处理,也可以像腊肠一样炒一下。
  • 5.捞出烫好的食材凉一凉,准备番茄酱一勺和酱;取马苏里拉奶酪出冰箱稍等其自然软化,切约200g。
  • 6.二次饧发好的面团擀成披萨盘大小合适的面饼
  • 7.放入烤盘铺好,用叉子扎些空,以免面饼鼓起
  • 8.披萨饼胚刷上番茄酱和耗油(有披萨酱的话更好)
  • 9.第一层铺马苏里拉奶酪四分之一左右,第二层铺腊肠,第三层铺上焯水沥干的辅料,最后将切好剩余的马苏里拉奶酪全部铺上,尽可能均匀
  • 10.烤箱先预热好,将烤盘入烤箱中层,用200度,时间定18分钟
  • 11.出烤箱在四周刷上剩余的番茄酱后又刷了一点蜂蜜,进烤箱大约5分钟就行了
