  • 粉丝1把
  • 肉汤1碗
  • 豆芽50克
  • 木耳2朵
  • 黄花1把
  • 鱼豆腐1片
  • 香菜1棵
  • 糖蒜1头
  • 料酒半勺
  • 轻盐酱油1勺
  • 1勺
  • 胡椒粉1勺
  • 鸡精半勺

Steps to make 简版煮馍

  • 1.黄花、木耳泡发,洗净切段。坨坨馍掰块,鱼豆腐切片。
  • 2.提前熬好的肉汤化冻。
  • 3.粉丝冲洗一下
  • 4.豆芽洗净。
  • 5.香菜切段。
  • 6.肉汤放入锅中,添水,加盐、料酒、酱油,煮沸腾,放入黄花、木耳,煮5分钟。
  • 7.放入鱼豆腐、馍块,煮3分钟。
  • 8.放豆芽、粉丝,豆芽煮熟,粉丝煮软。
  • 9.加胡椒粉、鸡精,搅匀,撒香菜,开吃。
  • 10.冬天吃一大碗,味美还暖和。
  • 11.就着糖蒜吃,聊咋咧。
