Steps to make 东坡肉

  • 1.五花肉冷水入锅,水沸腾后焯5分钟左右。
  • 2.将五花肉捞出,切成均匀方块。
  • 3.取一砂锅,在底部垫上姜片和葱段。
  • 4.将五花肉皮朝下放置,淋入酱油,料酒,撒上冰糖。不用加水,全靠料酒。
  • 5.砂锅盖上盖,用锡纸将砂锅包起来,小火炖2小时左右。
  • 6.将炖好的肉捞出,皮朝上码在碗里,淋上炖肉的汤汁,放入蒸锅中蒸半小时即可。
