  • 1.圆白菜手撕小片用盐水浸泡,可在上面压上一些重物腌制7-8个小时。
  • 2.圆白菜变软沥干水分备用。
  • 3.准备好调味料。
  • 4.苹果,梨去皮切块和洋葱,大蒜,生姜一起放入搅拌机。
  • 5.搅打成泥,
  • 6.取一个干净的容器放入辣椒粉,葱段,和搅打好的混合泥。
  • 7.加入韩国糖稀.
  • 8.加入蟹子酱。
  • 9.加入韩式辣酱拌均匀成为酱料,
  • 10.然后放入圆白菜抓拌。
  • 11.直到圆白菜全部拌均匀上色,放入密封盒冷藏保存随吃随取。
