    韩国泡菜秘制五花肉卷辛辣中带着酸酸甜甜的滋味,还肥而不腻,沁着丝丝甜辣香味。美味开胃,非常下饭,让人禁不住要多添碗米饭,大家不妨也来尝尝。

    Steps to make 韩国泡菜秘制五花肉卷

    • 1.把买回来的五花肉洗净,放进烧开水的锅里,加入姜、八角,在清水里煮30分钟;
    • 2.把买回的韩国泡菜,切片,用一个乐扣保鲜盒装起来放进冰箱保鲜那一层冰一下;
    • 3.把煮好的五花肉出去盛盘,沥干水备用;
    • 4.热锅热油,放入煮好的五花肉,注意猪皮一面放进油锅里,把猪皮的一面煎成金黄;
    • 5.在煎的过程中适当的把五花肉立起来,使其更好地把五花肉两边的部分猪油煎出来,这样到时候吃起来才肥而不腻;
    • 6.把煎好的五花肉盛盘待凉,把锅里煎出来多余的油倒出一点,留一点在锅里备用;
    • 7.将五花肉切成1厘米左右的肉片;
    • 8.把切好的五花肉放进刚才的煎锅里,大火烧热,倒入生抽、老抽、料酒、蒜片、姜片,盖上锅盖中火焖1分钟,使其爆出香味;
    • 9.打开锅盖,加入适量高汤(开始煮五花肉的汤)、耗油、糖、佐料、精盐,加上锅盖小火焖15分钟,使其更加充分入味;再打开锅盖,加入适量鸡精、胡椒粉、香油,转为大火,使其充分收汁。
    • 10.从冰箱取出韩国泡菜铺平在盘子里,放上秘制好的五花肉片;
    • 11.然后用韩国泡菜将秘制五花肉包裹成卷;
    • 12.取出洗净的一根香菜,放在韩国泡菜秘制五花肉卷下面;
    • 13.把香菜的两头系上即可。
    • 14.一道甜辣香味,肥而不腻,荤素搭配的层层美味是不是很让您唇齿留香啊?!
