六寸免烤草莓慕斯蛋糕

Steps to make 六寸免烤草莓慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.把消化饼(也可用奥利奥)装进保鲜袋压碎,黄油隔水融化,把消化饼碎倒入黄油抓匀。
  • 2.倒入六寸模具底部,用勺子压平后放入冰箱冷藏。
  • 3.新鲜草莓洗净粉碎,倒入锅里加热,不用煮开,加20克白糖可降低酸度,我还加了一片火龙果请忽略。煮好的草莓浆里加入泡好的吉利丁片,并不断搅拌至吉利丁片完全溶化,然后放在一边降温。
  • 4.淡奶油加40克糖打至七分发,可划出纹路,加入已降温的草莓浆。
  • 5.将搅拌均匀的慕斯馅倒入模具中,放入冰箱冷藏一夜。
  • 6.脱膜时,下面垫一个啤酒罐,用热吹风吹一圈,轻松脱膜。开始享用吧。
